When you purchase our products you'll get two emails - one from our reseller company and another from our server.
The confirmation from reseller company contains your Order Number. Refer to it when you contact our technical support.
The mesage from our server contains a password for your account.
Please note, some servers can block our emails.
If you haven't got the email from our server:
1. Check the spam folder on you mail server and spam folder in your mailing program.
2. Try to restore you password from My Account section.
3. Contact our technical support (don't forget to provide your Order Number).
