1.5.9 version has native Right-To-Left books support. Open the book properties, click Parameters (Basic) tab and set Direction - Right-To-Left.
If you are using 1.5.8 or older versions, follow this instruction:
1. Open the book properties > Parameters (Advanced) tab > set First Page Number - 9999.
2. Download Right-to-Left navigation bar here.
3. Upload it to [joomla_root]/components/com_flippingbook/navigationbars/ folder.
4. Open the book properties > Navigation Bar tab > set Navigation Bar File - navigation_rtl.swf.
